Tai Chi
The Health Benefits of Tai Chi:

Classes are taught by Teenie Spiker, a
certified instructor. She has trained in China and all over America. She
teaches many forms of tai chi including Tai Chi for Chronic Pain,
learned from Dr. Paul Lam.
Each class session lasts 4 weeks. Morning sessions can be either Tuesday
or Thursday once a week from 9:30 - 11:00am. Evening sessions can be
either Tuesday or Thursday every other week from 5:30 - 7:00 pm.
Tuition is dependant on the number of students. Private tutoring is
available. Space is limited for quality instruction. Please call 360 692
4325 to reserve your spot.
6-7 students $90
4-5 students $110
2-3 students $130
Tai Chi classes are located at our Port Orchard studio. Please call 360
692 4325 for directions. If you have a group of 6 or more people,
classes will start right away.
Qigong Weekend Workshops
Our August Heart Meditation
class has been filled. Please contact us if you are interested in
the next Heart Meditation workshop.
HuiGong for Kidneys
September 11 and 25 and
the Port Orchard studio. $290 including class materials.
