As your Tai Chi Instructor I have to confess how much I gain mentally, physically and spiritually from my tai chi practice.  Yet an even greater reward is being able to share tai chi with others - people of all ages from all walks of life.  

I personally have used tai chi to help heal the arthritis in my hands.  My day job is at the Shipyard as a high voltage electrician - I need the strength in my hands for my line of work.  Tai Chi not only brings me greater focus and peace, it helps me with my daily routine.  You don't have to take my word for it; here is what some of our students have said.
