Holistic Healing and Health is located in Silverdale, WA. Our center is minutes away from Port Orchard, Bremerton, Gig Harbor, Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo.
We
offer energetic therapy, nutrition and weight loss counseling, and teach a
variety of forms of Qigong and Tai Chi to support the health and healing of
our clients.
We have more control over our health and aging than we realize. We don’t have to grow old before our time or be stricken with disease and illness that robs us of our quality of life and our finances.
In
the last decade health care costs in the U.S. have risen over 300%, and these
costs will continue to burden our economy and our pocket books if we don’t
take action to discover affordable ways to care for our health.
Our
mission at Holistic Healing and Health Center is to educate our clients and students of the benefits of “proactive health maintenance”.
It takes less time and less money to care for our health regularly,
than it would if we lose our health and try to regain it. An illness or disease that hospitalizes can wipe out
savings that took years to earn, even with insurance coverage.
The National Health Institute completed a 20 year study, and reports that 70%
of illness and disease in the U.S. is caused by lifestyle choices and
unmanaged stress. These
findings by NHI can be looked at in two (2) ways:
1. We need to take a look at how we are managing our hectic and stressful lives, for stress is a regular and needed aspect of life and evolution.
2. What are the lifestyle choices are we making that either (a) improves our health and quality of life, or (b) depletes our health, setting us up for illness, disease and unhappiness.
