Holistic Healing and Health is located in Silverdale and Port Orchard, WA.  We are minutes away from Bremerton, Gig Harbor, Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo. In 2009 we expanded our class offerings nationally to include Washington, Florida, California and Colorado!

We offer energetic therapy and teach a variety of "energy self-care" forms in Qigong and Tai Chi to support the health and healing of our clients. 

Our mission at Holistic Healing and Health is to educate our clients and students of the benefits of “proactive health maintenance”.   It takes less time and less money to care for our health regularly than it would if we lose our health and try to regain it.   An illness or disease that hospitalizes can wipe out savings that took years to earn, even with insurance coverage.
